Emerald Pig is the Best in BC

Theatre BC's Mainstage Gala Gala Awards Night is over and Emerald Pig's production of Trying by Joanna McCllend Glass was honored as the Best Production! According to adjudicator Dean Paul Gibson, Trying was the most outstanding production in every way. And then he repeated 'in every way." John Stuart and Emily Doreen Wilson were the king and queen of the ball, garnering Best Actor and Best Actress accolades. John received a standing ovation as he made his way to the podium to accept his award, his first Thespian award in his acting career.
