Remembering Bob

One of our dear piglets is gone this week. I know that all of the Emerald Pigs who knew Bob Cunningham will join me in sharing our condolences with his family at this time of sadness. He and Iris supported our fledgling theatre group from its inception, attending fundraisers, donating their house and yard for garage sales and dressing up just for the sake of silliness. Bob was a quiet, kind, sweet and gentle man who gave an enormous amount back to his community. He will be remembered fondly.

Stilt walkers entertain at the 'Shakesperience'Stilt walkers entertain at the 'Shakesperience'

In conjunction with the EPTS production of 'A Midsummer night's Dream' in July 2005, we hosted 'The Shakespearience', a day of entertainment old and new. Acrobats, Irish dancers, stilt walkers, ancient music and improv theater filled the day in Memorial Park.

The Emerald Pig Theatrical Society in our Community

Some are born to the spotlight, others to play quietly in the shadows. The actors may get the applause, but there would be no hands clapping without the dedicated players behind the scenes. Nor without the continued support of businesses and individuals, who recognize the value and contribution of the arts to our community. Click here to visit our SPONSORS PAGE. We are all part of the community. We live, work, play, shop, and support our community. This is the spirit of community theatre.
